The traditional-style finca is nestled in an extensive nature reserve in the south-east of Mallorca. The 150,000 square metre estate offers complete privacy and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean landscape from the main house. The living space is 480 square metres, where up to twelve guests can relax in two lounges, a dining room and six bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Finca Can Joshua near Santanyi in the south of Mallorca offers relaxation in a private atmosphere for the whole family. Children are very welcome. The main house was extensively renovated in 2025. The favourite spot is the terrace with seven sun loungers around the impressive 17 x 5.50 m infinity pool. The air-conditioned fitness centre with state-of-the-art equipment awaits you for your workout. Our service team will welcome you on arrival for an initial tour. Odette and Reynold take care of the garden, pool and housekeeping from Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Additional services can be arranged. They speak Spanish and English. Daily cleaning of the rooms and bed-making as well as weekly change of bed linen are included. On request, you can book Odette for breakfast or catering. The best time to visit is early summer, when the bougainvillea surrounding the main house is in bloom. Enjoy a carefree holiday at Can Joshua.

Garden, Pool & Gym
The charming courtyard with an orange grove features a dining area for eight guests. In front of the house, a west-facing terrace offers a seating area and a large table for up to twelve people – perfect for al fresco dinners at sunset. The 17 x 5.5 metre infinity pool with a comfortable stepped entrance invites you to swim and unwind. Just beyond lies a garden with ornamental grasses, lemon and olive trees, all surrounded by a nature reserve. The 35-square-metre gym is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a stepper and treadmill by Life Fitness, two spinning bikes, dumbbell sets for strength training, a wall bar, and a multi-functional workout station.

Lounges & Rooms
Two stylish lounges, each with seating for up to twelve people, are equipped with satellite TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The six spacious double bedrooms – with an additional baby cot available on request – each feature a private en-suite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy. Three of the bedrooms also include satellite TV. The master bedroom boasts a walk-in wardrobe, a private terrace with distant views, and a refined bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned; three are additionally fitted with mosquito nets. On cooler days, dehumidifiers and underfloor heating ensure a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

Kitchen & Catering
The state-of-the-art main kitchen is comfortably equipped with four gas and two ceramic hobs, an oven, a refrigerator with ice crusher, a dishwasher and air conditioning. There is also a separate kitchen for additional space. Odette and Reynold take care of the garden and housekeeping. A covered parking space at the house and four additional parking spaces are available for you and your guests.

Our staff are on hand to assist our guests. Reynold looks after the garden, pool and technology. Odette is responsible for the laundry and kitchen.
